Years ago I experienced some set backs that left me with a lot of pain both physically and mentally. I tried coping by running away from my issues and over indulging in exercise. As you might know, too much of anything is not a good thing and working out is no exception. Even though I looked good on the outside, I didn’t feel good on the inside. I’ve always had a very sensitive body with significant allergies. Getting sick scared me because I couldn’t tolerate most of the medications and so I resorted to doing my own research on holistic healing.</image:caption>
