I include nutritional coaching in all my fitness workouts because you can’t have one without the other.  You need to eat well and move to look and feel healthy.  I don’t believe in deprivation or counting calories, but rather making healthy choices and training our taste buds to crave the good vs the bad. Don’t starve your body, nurture it.
